Our boundary identification surveys provide certainty about the true location of property boundaries and boundary corners, which is essential when constructing fences, buildings, or undertaking improvements near property lines.

All cadastral surveys are completed in accordance with Queensland legislative requirements and include the preparation of a formal Boundary Identification Plan. This plan is lodged with the Queensland Department of Resources, with a copy supplied directly to you for your records and peace of mind.
